1. What is RapidWeaver?
RapidWeaver is an easy to use and very powerful website building application allowing anyone to create and publish professional looking websites in minutes. Learn more about RapidWeaver at www.realmacsoftware.com/rapidweaver/
2. What is WordPress?
WordPress is "an elegant, well-architectured personal publishing system built on PHP and MySQL and licenced under the GPL." In short, it's a widely used and highly modifiable open source blog publishing platform. Learn more at www.wordpress.org.
3. How do I buy a theme from seyDesign?
It's quite easy, click the "Add to cart" button, and follow the links. For specific details on what to expect, see the "How to buy" page.
4. Opening the DMG requires a password?
All seyDesign dmg's are password protected. The passwords are made available once the transaction is complete and is displayed on the download page. In addition, the password is emailed to you after a successful sale.
5. Where is my password?
Your password is included in two places, one the download page some customers are redirected to upon successful completion of the transaction, and in the email sent upon successful completion of the transaction containing the file download link.
6. How do I install my theme my theme?
RapidWeaver: double click on the theme file (with the rwtheme extension). Alternatively drag your theme file to the folder "~user/Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver"
WordPress:Extract the files from the download while maintaining their original file structure. Access your web server with an FTP client and find the folder "wp-content/themes". Upload your extracted theme files up to this directory.
7. Who is E-Junkie?
E-Junkie is a third party service that automatically completes your transaction by delivering your purchased products via a redirected download page or an email containing the download link. To learn more, visit E-Junkie.com.
8. Why has my link expired?
In the event that you have had difficulty downloading your purchase, you might find that your link has expired. This is a security measure that protects our products and services from abuse. Your link can be reactivated by contacting us.
9. How do I ask for help?
Please read this FAQ in it's entirety before submitting any requests for support. Most of the questions we handle on a daily basis are answered here. If you do not find what you are looking for, then please fill in this contact form. Please be sure to include as much of or all of the information requested. We handle a great deal of emails per day, so the more information you can give us, the sooner we will get back to you.
10. Is support free?
If your questions or concerns are general in nature or are concerning a possible bug with the theme then support is free. If, however, you are requesting support for a theme that either you or another party has modified beyond it's intended limits then support will be on an hourly basis.
11. How do I report a bug?
Before reporting a bug, please be sure to test your site on an unaltered/unmodified version of the theme in question. If you are viewing the perceived problem on a "Blocks", "Accordion" or "Carousel" page but no other page styles, please refer to the documentation of each of those plugins before reporting a bug. If these measures do not clear up the matter, then submit a support request here.
12. Are bug fixes and updates free?
All minor bug fixes and feature updates are free of charge. Major updates or upgrades as a result of changes in the platform or operating system that are out of our control and might render a theme less than fully functional or inoperable may have a cost associated with them. This will be entirely dependent on the circumstances and will be priced accordingly.
13. How do I get my theme updates?
All theme updates will be posted in an update repository for each theme. If there are any to be downloaded, they will be at the top of the list in the "Change log" for that theme.

17. How do I remove the padding around images in Creamy?
Sometimes you may not want the borders that Creamy applies to your images. To customize your theme to get rid of these borders, apply the following css code to your custom css field in the page inspector:
.imageStyle{ border:none; padding:0px;}
18. Are you going to updating theme X for RapidWeaver 3.6?
Yes. All seyDesign themes are in the process of being updated to the new RapidWeaver 3.6 format. It has yet to be seen how many of the more advanced features like color picker will make it into the updated themes, but they will all receive the basic treatment. It is worth noting that all of our current 3.5 themes will work in RapidWeaver 3.6 anyhow with only a few limitations.
