If it weren't for the following tools and resources, we wouldn't be able to make the RapidWeaver themes that we do. We would like to give a little shout out to the people and things that make a difference in our daily workflow.

seyDoggy

First and foremost, none of this would be possible if it weren't for seyDoggy. This site's design, architecture, back-end technology, graphics... The whole thing, is all the hard work of seyDoggy.

And lets not forget the RapidWeaver themes! seyDoggy is responsible 100% for seyDesigns core theme technology, and 50 - 60% of the theme designs.

Varsis Studio

Chris at Varsis Studio are one of the driving forces and inspiring minds behind seyDesign. Chris has designed some of seyDesigns more popular themes, but theme design isn't all he does.

Most recently, Chris and Varsis Studio tackled both Flash and Cocoa development and turned out one of the most talked about RapidWeaver plugins, Cover Flow.

Vortex Themes

We have to give big props to Ollie of Vortex Themes for taking on any programming challenge we throw at him. If there is anything we need to port from one thing to another, Ollie is our guy.

It was once said (by me) that Ollie could port my Grandmothers DNA sequence into that of a Chihuahua... Grandma? Grandma? Where'd you go?

TextMate

There are text editors and html editors, and there are editors that edit css and editors that handle php. There are editors that work well with javascript and editors that are great in cocoa... But there is only one editor that can do it all and do it better than any other editor available today.

Meet TextMate, the power tool of the programming world. From ActionScript to YAML and everything in between (even Fortran), TextMate does it all. We make all of our RapidWeaver themes using TextMate and nothing else.

RapidWeaver

For the pros and geeks like me there is TextMate. For the every day man and woman who can't tell a "div" from a "span" there is RapidWeaver. An app so easy that a child could publish an online photo album of their pet hamster in only minutes.

But don't let RapidWeavers ease of use fool you. Underneath it's docile exterior is powerhouse of functions, features and extensibility. It is a platform easily tapped into by theme developers and plugin developers, giving RapidWeaver and endless stream of looks and features not possible with any other app in it's class.
